Stuart is a seasoned financial executive with a background in global markets and financial product innovation. He began his career as a financial trader and was subsequently given the responsibility of managing the fixed income, currency, and commodity portfolio at Spreadex Ltd—an organization that, during his tenure, ranked among the 40 fastest-growing and most profitable companies in the UK

Following his success in the UK, Stuart expanded operations to North America for a London-based financial services firm before founding KingTrade, a boutique FX and derivatives brokerage that was among the first in Canada to offer Contracts for Difference (CFDs) to the domestic market.

As a founder and CEO of FirmPay FX he has turned his focus to the Cross-border payments market, which can be a complex and is an often overlooked segment of many bank offerings, where it is common to see decades-old or poorly designed product technology and inadequate levels of client service and support.  FirmPay addresses the opportunity in this large and growing but underserved area and brings to market a cost-effective and frictionless client solution.
