With 30 years of experience in financial markets, Jonathan has built a successful career in currency and commodity trading. Beginning as a trader at a currency firm, he became Vice President at one of Toronto’s largest brokerages, gaining deep expertise in navigating complex markets.

Jonathan has worked with clients of all sizes, from small businesses to large corporations, crafting strategies that align with their goals and market conditions. Whether for hedging, speculation, or investment, his focus is always on refining the risk/reward profiles to maximize value.

For businesses, Jonathan creates custom risk management strategies to protect against market fluctuations, while for speculators and investors, he provides clear, comprehensive trade strategies.His career includes leadership roles at ScotiaMcLeod, where he pioneered Canada’s first 24-hour retail futures and options desk, and at RBC Dominion Securities, where he chaired the Futures Advisory Board. Jonathan also served as Lead Advisor for the Plaza Futures Group, further solidifying his expertise in futures and options markets.
