Gary Miskin is a recognized pioneer in Canada’s online brokerage industry and a co-founder of Questrade Inc., where he helped establish one of the country’s most trusted digital investment platforms. His work has shaped the evolution of electronic trading in Canada, with a focus on accessibility, product innovation, and market integrity.
As President of FirmPay, Gary supports the firm’s leadership and long-term strategy. He is also principal of Baronet Capital, the family office that provides strategic support and institutional backing to FirmPay.

Stuart Devenish
Stuart co-founded one of the first Canadian brokerages to offer innovative derivative products to the Canadian market, empowering investors with tools that had previously been out of reach and paving the way for broader retail access in the years that followed. He has led trading, operations, and product strategy teams across Europe, Asia, and North America.
At FirmPay, Stuart sets the firm’s strategic direction and product vision. His passion for frictionless client experiences is reflected in a highly intuitive payments platform, built on bank-grade, ultra-secure infrastructure and paired with Single-Point Account Management.

Gabriel Arrobas
Gabriel Arrobas is a senior commercial leader with a track record of building multi-decade relationships across the U.S. and Canada. He has held senior roles at CORPAY (formerly Cambridge Mercantile), later leading the Canadian division at AFEX in Los Angeles and, more recently, at Questrade, where he built a dynamic book of business and developed high-performing sales teams serving corporate and institutional clients.
At FirmPay, Gabriel is building a global network of institutional partnerships while developing the next generation of dealers, account managers, and traders — all aligned with FirmPay’s client-first ethos.
He brings deep market knowledge and a long-standing network across the FX, banking, and fintech sectors, combining credibility with consistent execution.

Naftali Sturm
Naftali Sturm brings deep experience in capital planning and financial oversight, previously serving as VP of Real Estate Finance at RioCan REIT and VP Finance at SmartCentres. He has led complex financial operations and due diligence for multibillion-dollar portfolios. He holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies in Finance and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
Naftali provides financial oversight for FirmPay and the broader Baronet Capital group of companies.

Jonathan Shields
Jonathan Shields has led trading, risk, and advisory operations at ScotiaMcLeod and RBC Dominion Securities, where he launched Canada’s first 24-hour retail futures desk and chaired the Futures Advisory Board. He has advised institutional clients on hedging, structured products, and navigating volatile currency markets.
At FirmPay, Jonathan leads credit policy and risk strategy, ensuring disciplined exposure management for the clients and the company.
